Big success for Aniversary Week

Anniversary Week is over, leaving us with many good memories of the six days NHH spent celebrating its 75th anniversary. A royal visit, leaders of business, school pupils and a staff party with 500 participants helped to ensure that the anniversary will not be forgotten any time soon.

'Anniversary Week was fantastic. It had an excellent programme that was very wide-ranging,' says Rector Jan I Haaland. He believes it was the programme as a whole that made the week such a success.

'I have always been proud to be rector of NHH and when I hear the great feedback we have received after Anniversary Week, I feel even more proud. Many people have put in a formidable effort and done much more than we have a right to expect,' he continues.

The staff party was a natural conclusion to the week, before the Open House event on Saturday.

'I believe the week has helped to make the sense of community here at NHH even stronger. The staff party on Friday evening was a particular success,' the rector concludes.
