Prior to joining NHH, Tzu-Ting has been working as a postdoctoral fellow in accountancy at City University of Hong Kong since she earned her Ph.D. in accounting from National Taiwan University in 2013. During 2012-2013, she was a visiting scholar in the Department of Accounting at the University of Arizona.
Tzu-Ting feels happy to join NHH and explains the reasons for her choice.
"The school and the department offer an excellent research environment with a friendly atmosphere. People here are quite nice and helpful. I especially appreciate the policy of gender equality. It creates an ideal workplace for female researchers. So, I believe I will enjoy working at NHH," she says.
Tzu-Ting's research areas include corporate disclosure, financial reporting, and capital market research in accounting. She is currently working on a research project regarding the informativeness of risk factor disclosures for companies' stakeholders.
